The\u00adse data are not stored tog\u00ade\u00adther with the user\u2019s other per\u00adso\u00adnal&nbsp;data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Pur\u00adpo\u00adse and legal basis for the data pro\u00adces\u00adsing<\/strong><br>Our sys\u00adtem needs to tem\u00adpo\u00adr\u00ada\u00adri\u00adly store the IP address in order to faci\u00adli\u00adta\u00adte deli\u00advery of the web\u00adsite to the user\u2019s PC. To do so, the user\u2019s IP address has to be retai\u00adned for the dura\u00adti\u00adon of the ses\u00adsi\u00adon. The legal basis for the tem\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adry sto\u00adrage of the data is given by Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.<\/p>\n<p>It is essen\u00adti\u00adal for the ope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon of the web\u00adsite to regis\u00adter your per\u00adso\u00adnal data in order to deli\u00adver our web\u00adsite. For that reason, the user has no right of objection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Length of sto\u00adrage<\/strong><br>Your data will be era\u00adsed as soon as they are no lon\u00adger nee\u00added to meet the pur\u00adpo\u00adse of their coll\u00adec\u00adtion. If your data are coll\u00adec\u00adted to gua\u00adran\u00adtee deli\u00advery of the web\u00adsite, the data will be era\u00adsed when the par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar ses\u00adsi\u00adon is finished.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"medium\">V. You can see from the coo\u00adkie set\u00adtings which coo\u00adkies are to be clas\u00adsi\u00adfied as abso\u00adlut\u00ade\u00adly neces\u00adsa\u00adry (often also refer\u00adred to as \u201ctech\u00adni\u00adcal\u00adly neces\u00adsa\u00adry coo\u00adkies\u201d) and the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre fall under the excep\u00adti\u00adon of \u00a725 Para.2 TTD\u00adPA (Ger.: TTDSG) and the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre do not requi\u00adre consent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DSGVO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The fol\u00adlo\u00adwing data are stored and trans\u00adfer\u00adred in the process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>log-in infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The legal basis for the pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data with the use of coo\u00adkies is given by Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The pur\u00adpo\u00adse of using tech\u00adni\u00adcal\u00adly neces\u00adsa\u00adry coo\u00adkies is to sim\u00adpli\u00adfy use of our website.<\/p>\n<p>We point out that some func\u00adtions of our web\u00adsite can only be offe\u00adred if coo\u00adkies are used.
